Contract Grade Cork Adhesive

Duvall Cork Adhesive is an economical, high performance cork adhesive ideal for light traffic installations in offices, residential, and light commercial areas. Duvall Cork Adhesive is a solvent free, water-based adhesive suggested for use in occupied buildings, as it is low in odor, contains “zero” (calculated) VOC’s, and is environmentally safe with no hazardous ingredients. The installation site must be acclimated with HVAC in operation. The floor and room

temperature, as well as flooring materials and adhesive, must be maintained at 65°- 95° F, and

the humidity below 65% for 48 hours prior to, during, and after the testing and installation.

Follow CRI or floor-covering manufacturer’s Guidelines for Subfloor preparation and testing,

installation instructions and proper adhesive application rate.

Type: Solvent free, water-based adhesive

• 1/8” x 1/8” x 1/16” V-notch (Rough Back Carpet or Subfloor) 8-10 yds2

Shelf Life: 1 year from manufacturing date, in an unopened container

Uses:  Cork underlayment,  ActionBac Jute Backed Carpets, Felt & Mineral Back Sheet Goods, Low Density Foam Carpet

This adhesive is not recommended for solid vinyl or vinyl foam backing

This adhesive is tested by the Carpet & Rug Institute and carries the CRI Green Label Plus.

This product is not photochemically reactive as defined by California Rules 102 and 443.

VOC content is below that established by California SCAQMD Rule 1168.
