Use over plywood, association grade particle board, or underlayment quality, and concrete on, above and below grade. Concrete must be dry and free of hydrostatic pressure and alkali. Freeze-thaw stable above 10°F.

Polypropylene Indoor/Outdoor Adhesive is a high strength, solvent free adhesive designed for the permanent indoor or outdoor installation of rubber-backed artificial grass carpet, outdoor carpet, marine backs and synthetic secondary backing. NOT RECOMMENDED for solid or vinyl foam backings.
SUBSTRATE RECOMMENDATIONS: Concrete above, on and below grade, underlayment grade plywood and terrazzo. NOT RECOMMENDED over vinyl floor coverings or fire-proof treated plywood.
